Sarah Walker



Antique English books cast in ice sit on a book shelf cast from a piece of driftwood found on the beach in her hometown of Morecambe. The ice is displayed on a custom-made base in which the melted water slowly drains and collects in two large tubes below. This piece represents the constantly evolving nature of the English language. The photographs of Sarah's work displayed in London were taken by Tim Ferguson, a designer and musician based in London. His page can be found here:
