Antique English books cast in ice sit on a book shelf cast from a piece of driftwood found on the beach in her hometown of Morecambe. The ice is displayed on a custom-made base in which the melted water slowly drains and collects in two large tubes below. This piece represents the constantly evolving nature of the English language.
